My wife and I are partners in several real estate investment business ventures in OH, WV, FL ,St. Croix and Costa Rica and both are licensed agents. I am also a practicing Civil Engineer. We've been involved in real estate deals for over 25 years and have raised 6 great children. Experience: We bought and sold a few houses then was looking for a duplex and ended up with 68 units in 2000. We've expanded our portfolio over the years when opportunities arose. We've also acquired several out of state and offshore vacation rental properties near the beach and in the snow. Real Estate Goals: Acquiring additional residential and commercial properties and apartment communities, locally or outside our area. Our end game goals are to have a handful of awesome family destination rental properties. Currently Seeking: Seeking to expand our portfolio as well as turnover current properties. We are seeking to expand our management businesses and partnerships.
