About myself
Deeply interested in RE investing (buy/hold - either directly or through providing financing to other partners), but continuously skeptical that the numbers can work as well as I'd like. Have worked in finance for ~20 years, so I spend my days with a calculator and excel - love crunching the numbers. Just not always sure what the inputs should be with RE deals.
