Hey BP! So... I got bitten by the RE bug back in 04' when after college in Vermont I moved out to the Minneapolis area to become a Realtor with a college buddy. I moved home after a few years of mediocre success but gained massive amounts of knowledge and the realization that I wasn't really interested in helping others buy real estate, I wanted real estate for MYSELF! With an Environmental Science college major I focused on a JOB as a PM at an Environmental Engineering company and waited to reap the benefits of a solid W-2. Well, 08' came around and the company got slashed and burned. Decided to take another approach and jumped into the construction field with a friend that installed residential tile. You know the story... unfortunately friends and partnerships come and go. Currently, I've continued on in the construction / tile field focusing on the commercial side and built a small company that keeps me happy. I'm transitioning to working more "ON the company, not IN the company" and that has helped re-ignite my passion for REI. Also, - I really dig hanging out with my wife and 7y/o daughter, -Riding and working on my vintage motorcycles (mostly working on them cause they're old and they break...) -Home brewing delicious beer -And just about anything that can be done outdoors.
