I am a fairly new real estate agent with Keller Williams and have handled a few transactions as a listing agent so far. I am interested in buying, rehabilitating and renting single family homes. My goal is long term holding, but would consider flipping homes depending on the opportunities. My previous career was in retail furniture store management. Looking for agents, property managers and contractors in areas yet to be decided.
