Mike Kroupa

I am married and have a wonderful life partner. We have lived in the U.S., Europe and Asia. I thoroughly enjoy other cultures. I value other people and hearing their stories. I enjoy serving my community and traveling with my wife of 30+ years. Experience: I'm was a full-time engineer and transitioning to real estate investing. I've completed four flips and want to find some buy and hold properties. Real Estate Goals: My goal is build my skill in flipping (fining deals, negotiating, project management) over the next year. Next year I want to transition to owning several buy and hold properties. We enjoy finding properties, giving them new life, and creating homes that families can enjoy while improving neighborhoods. I also want to network with others, learn from them and help others where I am able. Currently Seeking: Guidance, knowledge and learning from others to build my skill. Good sub-contractors.
