About myself
Experience: I have worked seasonally since 2011 for a property preservation company that specializes in servicing foreclosures. Graduated college with a BDA in Architecture, so home design is right up my alley. In September of 2015 I purchased a duplex, started living in one unit while fixing up the other. Real Estate Goals: I want to invest in Real Estate so that I can achieve enough income for my wife to be able to quit her job and come home to fulfill her dream of being a full-time mom to our kids! Short Term: -Analyze 3 deals EVERY DAY -Purchase 2nd deal by Sept 2016 Mid Term: Long Term: -Own 39 doors, cash flowing at $100/door, by May of 2021 Currently Seeking: Knowledge, experience and Financing Options. -Multi-Family Deals in the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs -Single Family Deals in the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs
