My wife and I have been investing in real estate over the past 20 years in addition to building our own marketing firm, Amp Marketing. Like many real estate investors, we started out with rental properties, and that's been fantastic. We've been able to create some decent cashflow and build solid equity. Over the past couple of years we've been devoting more of our time to real estate investing, and we have decided that we want to focus more on multifamily investing as a pathway to financial independence and wealth creation. We are excited to continue to grow and learn and look forward to making new connections here at Bigger Pockets!
