I’m new to investing, with one SFH rental and one live-in flip under my belt. Looking to invest long distance (Ohio, where I grew up, and other appealing locations). Also looking for investment options in the Sacramento area. Very much appreciative of this BP community that was recently recommended to me. Thank you all for your support and willingness to work together. My RE goal is to supplement my current income in the next three years before I retire from the military.
