New to Scranton looking to meet friends, investors, and anyone involved in the real estate game (wholesalers, RE agents, contractors, lenders ect.). Quality provider recommendations are always fine ice breakers in my book... for real hook it up! Plan on scaling and there's only so much work I can do. Little about myself: Moved from Central NJ to Scranton in Oct 2019. I'm a union carpenter by trade w/ 20+ years of construction experience, now doing real estate investing (buy n hold) and property management full time for my own business. Currently own 4 multifamily properties and looking to close out 2020 with 1 more in the portfolio. I do much of the rehab work myself, but learning to make better use of my time so I started to sub out some of the work. In the past 2 years I have learned much about myself, sharpened my skills, and am very proud of my accomplishments. There is still much work to be done however, I have personal and business milestones I have yet to achieve.
