I'm an investor looking at constantly improving my life and quality of life through building a real estate portfolio that allows us to less of our time working and more time living. Experience: I have owned a real estate appraisal company for 21 years, as well as been a part time real estate investor for 21 years. I have participated in dozens of transactions involving fix and flips, wholesales and subject to deals. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to help, as well as learn as much as I can about ways to finally build a portfolio that allows for a retirement that doesn't rely on the uncertainties of the stock market as a reliable retirement income. My company goals are to help people buy and sell homes that otherwise believe they can't. Currently Seeking: Looking to transition from an always fix and flipper into alternative strategies and fix and flipper. I would love to help others with things I offer from my background, as well as learn as much as possible from others.
