Been interested in real estate investing for most of my adult life. Bought and sold personal residences, some residential lots, have rented out a couple of properties over the years, but never really gotten in big. Discovering BP has been just the thing I've needed to push me forward. Own a duplex now, but looking forward to getting some additional properties within the next 18 months (this was written Nov/2019).
