Michael Petrovich

Hello BP! A little about me. Currently living in Garland, TX. I have been married to my beautiful wife since 2012. Currently working FT in a Staffing related function for a large Real Estate Firm. I consider myself highly entrepreneurial. I have built 2 companies from the ground up, 1 which was sold later at a profit, and another which I currently hold and manage with a steady client base. I have learned a great deal during those journeys, improving my skills on marketing (online/off line), process improvement/automation, project management, and Overall planning and execution. I have been looking to make REI my main focus for some time. Learning as much as possible before moving into buying/hold and buying & rehab-flip. Ultimately, I would like to end as a private lender within the next 10-15 years after a lengthy rehab venture and sizable rental portfolio. I am bilingual - fluent in reading and speaking Spanish. Looking to learn German and speak it fluently within the next 2-3 years. Looking to purchase rentals. Thanks for reading! Mike Petrovich [email protected] (972) 898-1230
