Mike Goehring

I graduated with a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston - Main campus May 2013. Since then I have taken all 4 of the required CPA exam sections for the State of Texas and started working at one of the Big 4 accounting firms specializing in tax. In August, I will have met the 1 year requirement of working under an active CPA, and I will then receive my own CPA license. I have always had a passion for real estate and I plan to get my real estate license soon after receiving my CPA license. My plan is to conservatively acquire buy & hold properties and invest for the long-term and build a large stream of passive income for my family's future.
