Mike Laurenzi

I'm a full time helicopter pilot in the offshore oil industry and part owner with my wife of Take Flight Home Buyers, which is a local Northwest Florida wholesaling and flipping company. I've lived in Pensacola and now Milton for a few years and am now involved in the Pace, FL and Milton, FL areas doing flips and wholesaling. I am just now starting to build up a small rental portfolio of SF and multi-family properties. Real Estate Goals: I would like to get to a point where I can have a few flips going at once and eventually turn some of them into rental properties to supplement my work income. Currently Seeking: I'm looking for some good general contractors to work with that can handle the job without me being there for a couple weeks because my job takes me out of town. I also would like to work with some local lenders to help finance my flips.
