Miguel Balderrama

Since I started College I have been interested in real estate. All aspects really, whether it was commercial or residential; even land deals. Yet I do like residential the best, then commercial but I would like to learn the most about residential. My interests really come down to flipping and renting. I would like to make some sustainable income as to which I could just use that as income and spend more time with my family. The flipping aspect I feel like is more fun and creative, and that is why I would like to do that. With this network I hope to gain some knowledge as to how to begin in finding some real estate funding and formulas for profit so I do not have to rely on my day job.
