Miles Farber

I am a licensed, investor-friendly real estate agent in Hampton Roads, Virginia. I have also been investing in single and multi families since 2018, and my goal is to achieve financial freedom through real estate. I believe that Real Estate investing can create life-changing opportunities and I am passionate about helping my clients achieve these, too. I work with both new and experienced investors, whether it's your first deal or fifteenth, I would love to help you. My core values are personal responsibility, humility, and the pursuit of knowledge. I am dedicated to creating positive relationships and supporting those around me. I am a lifelong learner; if there is a topic that I don't understand I am devoted to researching it so I can provide my clients with the best information. I think every challenge is an opportunity to grow and become better. Prior to real estate, I spent over seven years in the US Merchant Marine, sailing on oceangoing vessels throughout the world for five years and working in a shoreside role for two. My experience in the Merchant Marine taught me many skills that are valuable as a real estate agent: how to create and execute a plan, the ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and the ability to think calmly under pressure. In real estate, I believe there is a solution to any problem, and I am determined to figure it out.
