I am a newbie real estate investor and by newbie, I mean just finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and joined the BP community. My goal for 2022 is to successfully purchase a house hack for my finance and I. The reason I/we want a house hack property is to reduce expenses, pay off debt, learn about REI through experience and ultimately build a small rental portfolio in our 20's. My educational background is in advertising/PR and my professional background is in sales. I also was a professional caddie at Whistling Straits Golf Course during college and used that experience to self-fund my bachelor's degree and fall in love with the game of golf. As a newbie to REI, I am looking to utilize the BP platform to build my foundational knowledge and network in the real estate business. In return, I hope to provide value to other BP members when possible.
