I have a degree in Marketing/Marketing Distribution Mgmt from Indiana University. When I got married in 2011 we kept my wife's house as our first rental. I started doing house flips in early 2016, and was hooked! I have completed 15 fix and flips (as of 11/19), mostly around Hendricks County (just West of Indianapolis). Hendricks County is the 2nd fastest growing county in Indiana! In January 2018 I officially moved into Real Estate full time and hold an Indiana Real Estate license.
