I started from very little and came from a family where I started working when I was 14. I invested in my first property second year of college. Then have been having several rental properties for the last decade or so and just couple years ago started flipping some places that fit the criteria - now rental portfolio of about 11000 sqft. I did all of that not in US but in Scandinavia and now I am trying to learn how to do it in US.
