Hi, I'm a flipper, and have done 7 flips so far. I'm always looking for my next one in the Merced, Atwater area of California... I prefer SFR, 3/1 to 3/2, though a sweet 2/2 would be interesting! All over 1000 sq feet. I play a sport called Petanque (profile pic), had horses for over 33 years (breeding, training, showing), had a pro sewing biz for over 35 years, and am well into my next career, flipping.
