Currently living in Indianapolis, working a job where I travel the country. I have a business partner based out of St.Louis, Mo. We are currently working with a real estate agent in the St.Louis area to buy our first multi-family property to rent and get monthly cash flow. We are interested in moving forward with the BRRRR strategy. Any advice, tips, tricks...really just anything is greatly appreciated as we are just dipping our toes in the water, but can't wait to see what happens from here!
