My wife, Jennifer, and I have 22 residential assisted living homes in Colorado, two commercial senior living communities in Colorado, one commercial community in Arizona, and one commercial community in Nevada. Our residential homes are an assortment of assisted living and memory care. Our larger communities are assisted living, memory care, and independent living. We serve over 600 senior residents and 450 employees. We also have 1 small multi-family property and 2 single-family rentals which are all rented to our senior caregiver employees. We have a STR condo in Maui which we acquired by selling two small multifamily properties and executing a 1031 exchange! We might be starting a fund to continue scaling our senior living portfolio.
