I am an engineering student in my last year before graduation, learning my way around the real estate investment game. I have read many of the books BP offers as well as listening to podcasts for a few years, and am beginning to analyze deals, My goal is to purchase my first small residential multifamily within a year, and live in the worst unit while renting the others and renovating the unit I am in.
