I've been in construction most of my life except for these past 4 years. I owned my own handyman and remodeling company for 7 years in Tallahassee Fl when the market just got to saturated with remodeling I couldn't keep it going so I up and moved here to TX to become a welder. Now that the oil field is on a continuous downward spiral and a lot of investors are holding onto their money my current job is about to lay off 50% of our employees. So in other words, I'm not sure I'll even have a job come May. I've always wanted to flip houses and work with foreclosures so i figured this would be the best time to start.
