Ambitious 23 year old new to the real estate scene. I've read a good dozen books on REI from biggerpockets and other sources as well as listened to podcasts, but I'm tired of just reading and listening; I'm ready to take action! Mostly interested in rental properties through BRRR or house hacking. Hoping to find people in the Houston area I can help out in any way in order to learn more about investing.
