I have spent over 10 years as a part-time Realtor and full-time marketer. Meanwhile, I have successfully lived in/renovated 3 homes. I am currently living in my 4th. In these instances I have renovated while living in the home over a 2-3 year period. Using this slow method, I've self-raised enough to upgrade to a larger home every time.
