I have been a Construction Project Manager for myself and investors for ten years, been in and around the construction business for over 15 years. Talents; Finding investment opportunities that are not listed, bank held, or opportunities even current owners haven’t thought of. I run the projects from start to finish. This Includes building the plan and prints, finding and communicating with the trades, suppliers, attorneys, Real-estate Brokers and investors, communicating with building inspectors and the permit process, building and running the Scheduling. Project management experiences 1. Work with investors and Buyers; help design the vision of the project 2. Develop prints, Verify vision with the buyer or investors 3. Manage and schedule all interior & exterior options and verify their correctness with all concerned 4. Deliver prints to all the trades and suppliers for bids 5. Negotiate cost and schedules with all concerned 7. Develop spread sheet to show bids, actual costs and profit 6. Retrieve permits 8. Manage payments, lien wavers and solve problems 9.
