I was born in Chicago and moved Jackson, Ms. with my family. I am a widower. Helping my daughter to raise her two kids and care-giver to my mother-in-Law. My wife and I had three children( 2 deceased). I am very interested in building a real estate investment portfolio over the next few years, because I have more years behind me than in front of me and I still see the need to leave my family a means for them to be financially independent. So, I am finally going to follow my father's advise that he gave over 25 years ago, I am just sorry that I didn't take his advice when he was alive. Experience: None that is worth talking about. Only thing I've done is help my Dad managed the one real investment that he and my older brother bought then sold over 20 yrs ago (they couldn't work together). Real Estate Goals: To obtain property that will be valued at $250,000 to $500,000 within the next 5 to 7 years. Currently Seeking: A mentor/ teacher/ partner that will work with me. I will even become a birddogger/mentee to gain experience.
