I'm a serial entrepreneur with many failures & a few successes beneath my belt. My first introduction into RE was when I was in graduate school. The experience was a nightmare due to several factors, but we did learn a lot. We've since sold the house a few years back & now I'd like to take what I've learned, add more knowledge to it & approach REI with the level of attention to detail that it requires.
