Michael Gravois

I grew up in south Louisiana and graduated from Nicholls State University with a BS in Accounting. Then I started law school at Loyola in New Orleans and entered the business world. After a year with a CPA firm, I started my real estate career with a large developer. A few years later, I became an income loan mortgage broker and later, a developer. In total, I have over 30 years of real estate and real estate finance experience. Since the 1980’s, I have worked on Gulf Coast real estate. I moved to Baldwin County in 2003 to focus on real estate from Mobile to Pensacola. I recently joined Southwest Funding. In addition to traditional and non-traditional residential loan programs, we also have loan programs for multi-family and other income property. We also recently added a non-recourse loan program for multi-family properties.
