Just a banker with the goal of not being a banker. Experience: Bought my first house in college and rented 2 of the 3 bedrooms to pay for the house. Kept the house for 10 years before selling it. Currently have a 4-plex with rented attic and garage; and a mixed use 5 unit. Real Estate Goals: I would like to have a portfolio of rentals large enough that I no longer need to work so I can spend time with my family and travel. Currently Seeking: I am looking for small multis (4-10 units) with the goal of having small apartments (50-100 units) at the moment and would love to meet folks with similar interests to build off each other.
