Really enjoy buying, selling, but most of all cashflowing property. Actually seeing results in my work that resonate for years. It has been and is fun to see what works and what does not when flipping houses. The wife loves to pick colors and run thru many magazines and give me great ideas its like shopping for her but without the cost. Excited for the future and always the next deal. Of course family and fishing too.
