About myself
Hello! I am a real estate investor from Pakistan who is looking to build a cash flowing portfolio of real estate mainly in VA, OH, TX, FL. The strategy is to buy CRE primarily Multi-family properties having the potential to increase NOI, but any SFH or 4-plexes with good rentals will not be ignored either. I am looking for JV/partnership with local investors with whom I can expand the portfolio and buy new deals together. I also seek lenders who provide foreign national mortgage on favorable terms and conditions as we intend to work for longer term.
