Hi Beautiful amazing people! I am from Egypt, currently living in Lewiston, ME. I am an Accountant. I am married with a 16 months son and amazing caring wife. Experience: I don't have any experience in real estate investment at all!! I am a quick learner though, My experience only in Accounting and Data entry. Real Estate Goals: My first goal is to buy and hold, I am very realistic person I don't have enough cash to use the conventional loan thing, so i am thinking of FHA loan live in it and rent the other units and if I made it to live free after paying all the expenses, I would be happy and would be able to save for another rental property.
