I have three year-round residential rentals on Cape Cod. My day job is managing commercial real estate investments and self-storage facilities in New England. I am looking to buy some residential properties near or on Cape Cod and out of state - WY or OH for cash flow. Experience: Several years as a construction manager for grocery-anchored retail shopping centers. Then a decade working for a commercial real estate investor. Real Estate Goals: I would like to free my husband from a physically demanding job by creating several horizontal income streams for us. Currently Seeking: To purchase wholesale deals or before market homes to rent out. Interested in commercial and multi-family.
