About myself
Hello, I'm Monica. My husband and I are interested mostly in rental properties right now. We are currently the owners of a duplex in which we occupy one side and rent the other. I have seen first hand from this deal how amazing it is to have the majority of your monthly mortgage covered and would like to acquire more properties to get some cash flow. We are just starting out and want to learn as much as we can!
