I'm looking to invest in residential rental properties. I would like to start out in or around my current area, but I am completely open to investing out of state if I can find the right deals. I have a little bit of a background in rental properties as I worked for a property management company back when I was in high school many, many years ago. I realize a lot has probably changed since then so I am ready and willing to learn whatever it takes to actually start investing on my own.
