Here is what I think a successful BRRRR team consists of: 1) Realtor, Wholesaler [Source to Find Deals] 2) Finance House [to refinance once rented out] 3) Contractor & Handyman 4) Property Management Company 5) Legal Advisor, An Attorney firm Not trying to build a Rocket here, Just Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, Repete 1 property at a time until ready for Multifamily properties.
