Active investor, resident, and certified bookkeeper in the Wakeman/Norwalk, OH area. My husband and I have a small portfolio of long-term single-family and small-multi-family rentals in our local area. I enjoy handling the property management for all of our properties, and my husband assists with the maintenance tasks from time to time in addition to his full time job. We're looking forward to expanding our portfolio slowly but surely over the coming years! In addition to our property management I am also a part-time bookkeeper for a few local businesses, a majority of which are in the real estate space.
