I'm learning as much as I can I have taken multiple online classes went to seminars and have learned from more experienced investors. In the past 8 months I have completed about 10 deals, a few assignments a few back to back closings a couple land deals and am in the middle of a full flip. I find amazing deals for single family rental units on a daily basis. Being young We don't have the cash flow to take advantage of as many deals as I find. I'm constantly learning and reading tips and tricks to further my business. My husband is a HVAC contractor so together we make a pretty good team for evaluating properties. (His father is also a Hvac contractor as well as electric and plumbing). His business is doing well and I am reaching out to do real estate full time. I believe I'm smart enough to be successful all it takes is some patience and focus
