Hi, I am Morris. Real Estate never really interested me. Because my take on buying houses and flipping them was as follows. I felt as though if I was not skilled and able enough to buy a fixer upper house and do the repairs myself. It would not be profitable for me to go into the real estate game. As a new homeowner. I am horrified at the thought that I must call in a repairman each time something breaks. But with the recent death of my father I have been tossed in the real estate game. I wish to learn much from this forum.
