Hello there! Delighted to meet each and everyone on here. My name is Morris and grew up in a small village in Eastern Kenya. I am a Dental Hygienist by profession licensed in DC,MD and VA. I currently practice in Arlington VA while Living in Temple Hills MD. I commute through DC everyday hence my interest in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area commonly known as DMV. I accidentally came upon Real Estate Investing through one of my dental patients when I explained to him about the uncertainty of continuity in Dental Hygiene Career due to high chance of muscoskeletal injuries related to work. He explained about making passive income in real estate and I thought that sounded fair enough. I did my Homework and came up to Bigger Pockets. I know even though I'm a newbie starting off, I am at the right place. I'm Looking to start off by buying and holding Single and Multi family properties. An occasional flip too.
