Mike Pachulski

I am a real estate investor and property manager in the greater Pittsburgh area, and currently own and manager properties in McKeesport. I and plan to focus my attention here, although I am also interested in Braddock, Homestead, and Squirrel Hill, where I first lived when I came to Pittsburgh, and would like to own there in the future as well. My primary interest is in historic properties, and all of the residential unites I purchase are 75-100+ years old. I am also interested in commercial properties, such as office and mixed use w/ garage/warehouse space.
