I am currently the VP of Growth at 1031 Specialists, a company that facilitates 1031 exchanges for investors across the country. As investors and former brokers that have experience doing 1031 exchanges ourselves, our goal is to provide complete transparency, better communication, and a client-centric long term relationship building approach vs just being transactional. Many of our clients are first time real estate investors as well as sophisticated investors and family office clients. I have a strong background in real estate, with over four years of experience in multifamily acquisitions and real estate investment sales at Bascom Northwest Ventures and Monarch Realty Partners.
