Matthew Shapson

Five years post college graduation from Temple University in Philadelphia, an old classmate and friend crossed paths which led to our first real estate investment deal. We purchased, constructed and sold a single family home in Philadelphia and have continued to do so since 2014 on a part time basis. We now have a mixed use residential / commercial rental in our portfolio and multiple single family lots. We are founders of PB+DC, a boutique general contractor and Brawden Management, our investing arm. With combined backgrounds in marketing, business administration, construction, engineering and project management and are continually looking for opportunities to expand in the greater Philadelphia market.
