We started our investment business in 2012 with a duplex property, based in Central New York. We are long term buy and hold investors with aspirations to build our rental portfolio and network to acquire additional properties in and outside New York State. After our initial investment property we expanded to a three family home and a 20 unit property in 2015. In 2019 we refinanced all three properties into Richfield 148 Rentals LLC and added two units to the 20 unit property, increasing our rentals to 29 doors. Recently, we have started a new business venture, Kingfisher Properties, which is a business focused on flipping and acquiring BRRRR properties.
