A Massachusetts native & Boston sports fan, I started as an investor wanna-be in 2010 going to tax deed sales in PA with a mentor group. Working w/a capital partner, I managed to buy my first investment property!   Realizing I needed a much more solid foundation in real estate, I got my license in 2014 & hit the ground running soaking in as much info as I could as FAST as I could!  Found BP & some other investor sites along with YouTube University after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad like so many others.  Fast forward- in 2017 did my first fix & flip with my broker owner, used my profit to buy my primary residence as a short sale-& got SMOKIN' DEAL!!  In 2019 I started wholesaling some local properties to a different broker owner I worked with = Proof of Concept.   I continue to grow by helping investor buyers & sellers with their investment goals, as well as acquiring a portfolio of properties myself & with my investor partners, LET'S GO!!
