Art S.

I have over 30 years of substantial experience, including the following: • I was an escrow officer for a large title company; • I owned a mid-size real estate brokerage; • I owned a mid-size mortgage brokerage; • I owned a mid-size property management company; • I was a real estate lawyer for 20+ years; • I owned a mid-size land development and construction company; • I've subdivided, condominiumized, platted, and assembled; • I've wrapped and blanketed liens, bought and sold notes, foreclosed and represented lenders and borrowers in foreclosure sand bankruptcies; • I know what lenders need to see, what title companies need, and how the numbers will shake out in escrow before the deal closes; • I've made and accepted hard money loans; • I've built, owned, managed, flipped, and sold many properties of all types. • I've constructed entire neighborhoods; • I can fairly say that I am one of the most experienced people in the region when it comes to all things real estate, development, and construction.
