I am an out-of-state investor and own several rental properties in the Kansas City metropolitan area. I do visit KC occasionally as my family still resides in Overland Park, KS (where I was raised and lived for almost 25 years). I am mainly interested in single family investment properties, that I would use as buy & hold rentals to add to my portfolio. I do actively partner with other local investors for joint deals, however, I am keen on building up my personal portfolio a bit more.
