About myself
Oakland area resident for +15 years. I'm excited about the growth in Oakland but also concerned about our ability to provide adequate services to our people. Responsible development is critical. I'm currently renovating an 1890's Victorian duplex in GhostTown/Hoover-Foster a few blocks off Telegraph. It's full gut, new foundation, reframe, top to bottom renovation that will restore it to former glory and beyond. It will be complete in mid-October. I'm currently looking for my next project. Please contact me with any ideas.
